.xmp file is not loading fully (Photoshop CS6)

Hello!

I use Photoshop CS6 64bit on Windows. 

When I import .xmp file (see pic.1) in File-> File info (see pic. 2), .xmp file doesn't loaded fully (see pic.3). CreatorTool doesn't change.

How to solve this problem?
