Upgraded from pse13. now elements won't send info to printer ( Epson xp-55 ) worked fine at start. Tried 13 same result.... No problem printing from other programs.

OS is windows 10 , 64-bit. 

anyone experienced this or have suggestions ?

    Suggest that you reset preferences to default to see if it will fix it.

    Edit menu>Preferences>General
