Adobe photo downloader

I'm trying to start the Adobe photo downloader for import from camera or card reader, but get the error message "Can not load the plug-in modules required" (translated from my Norwegian version). I've tried re-installing the application once.

What to do to fix this ?

    Do you have the previous version installed? If not, download elements 14 from the link below. It will run side-by-side with elements 15 as a separate app. You do not need to activate, just install PSE14 as a trial. Then elements 15 should work normally.
