Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 - Can't email pictures!

When we installed the new Microsoft 10 program, it won't allow us to send photos by email on our Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 system. The server says "Credentials provided by my email preferences and email profile" don't match. Can anyone tell me what we need to do to correct this issue? We have Gmail accounts.

    that answer is a non-answer. i have been to that site along with the other "help" sites. it might help some people but fails to help others. how about adobe stop making outlook the default.
