Any one have a way to export the tags from bridge and import them into Photoshop elements.

Bridge exports the keyword tags as a text file and bridge is looking to import the keyword tags file as a xmp file. any body know how to convert the bridge file into an xmp file so that i can import the tags into Photoshop Elements
