Blank control panel after Win 10 update

Hi i have downloaded the trial version to play with the face recognition a day ago.

My win 10 was updated this morning.

After reboot the Photoshop elements control panel is blank

What can i do ?

Could you please give it a try by uninstalling and reinstalling Photoshop Elements 2019.

This should resolve your issue.

i am scanning for 3 days the faces. It is on 42 %

i would like to avoid it since it is a laborious process
