Can't download Photoshop elements 2018

Question

I'm trying to download Elements 2018 as a friend recently bought it for me.

Every time I try downloading, it says 'Sorry, installation failed. System requirements not met.

2 fatal error(s), 0 error(s), 0 warnings(s)

FATAL: Sanity check for installation failed. Current OS version 10.11.6 doesn't satisfy OS requirements.

FATAL: Error occurred in install product workflow with error code 190 error message

Your sure your downloading photoshop elements 2018 and not photoshop elements 2019?

2018 will run on mac os x 10.11.6 El Capitan while 2019 will not.
