can't e-mail photos

I have elements 11. I can"t e-mail pictures because adobe e-mail doesn't send a code. I went into my profile and it showed that I had registered elements 9 but not elements 11. I really need help. I've had elements11 for quite a while but not sure if I registered it. Can this be my problem?

I am using PSE 2019 and had a problem with email validation. An Adobe employee sent me this link which helped me to fix the problem. Maybe it will work for you also. Email configuration in Elements Organizer
