Can´t find elements as a plug-in option in Luminar or Aurora.

When I open the plug in window in these program they only show alternatives for photoshop and lightroom. I have elements 19 installed and it should have been shown as an alternative, but it doesn´t as you can see on the screenshot below..

What may be wrong?
