Can't install PSE 14-Costco version?

So I finally get a new computer and can now download my PSE 14 that I got for Christmas, 2015. I download the file from the ADOBE website since my6 computer does not have a DVD drive. I click on install, and it says "the file cannot be initialized," and that "a file could be missing" I'm on a MAC, Sierra OS 10.12.4. BTW, the Adobe hat person sent me to the forum. She couldn't help me. Thanks

    Thanks for posting in Adobe Forums.

    I understand you are facing issue in installing Elements 14 in your Mac.

    Can we follow the following steps:

    Firstly,

    Please click here to download Adobe Application Manager for Mac.

    - After installation please double click its icon by searching it in "Finder" to complete the installation.

    Secondly,

    Please click here to download Adobe Photoshop Elements 14 for Mac.

    Please click here to download Adobe Premiere Elements 14 for Mac.

    - It will be downloaded as a trial version & the file has a pack of multiple languages that includes "English"  but when during installation you will mention your adobe id, password & serial number then it will become full version .
