cannot activate

i cannot activate Photoshop Elements 2018 (nor Photoshop Premiere for that matter), the program says im offline although im clearly not... i dont know if this is relevant but after i log in to my Adobe account i cannot see the cloud icon in my taskbar...

any suggestions would be welcome

Hi,

Have you tried updating the Adobe Application Manager (I know it says CS but it does work for elements too);

thank you so much for your answer.. i was in a conversation last night on Adobes Twitter helpdesk, and they (among other things) advised me to try to fix my host file.. i downloaded the appropiate tool, run it and presto! my problem was gone with the wind. Photoshop Elements & Premiere Elements are now fully registered
