cannot open RAW CR2 Canon 5D MK4

Recently I bought a new Canon 5D MK4. PSE won't open the RAW files .CR2. Although PSE should update automatically I updated manually (Help - update) too. PSE pop up mentions that all updates are installed. The only way to open the CR2 files is to convert it to DNG. However that is a lot of work. I also installed PS RAW, doesn't work either. How to solve this problem?
