cannot update Premiere Elements 13

I have a licence for Adobe Premiere Elements 13. When I start up the programm it saied to me: There is a new update. I pushed the button to update. Then it asked my password. Because I didn´t know I changed the password. Then it installed a 30 days free trial. I cannot repair it. I have the licence number. Can you reset it for me again? Regards, Peter Leijten

    When you launch Premiere Elements 13, you would be getting an Adobe Application Manager Dialog asking you to sign in.

    <something like this>

    Please sign in and then you will be asked to Continue Trial or License this software.

    Choose License this Software and enter the serial number.

    Let us know if this works.
