Catalog change after Pictures folder reconfig?

PSE 2019

I want to change the arrangement in my Win 10 Pictures folder to add some sub-folders, combine some, etc. Will the photos still track to my existing Catalog or should I delete the Catalog and make a new one?

You should make all of your changes in the Folder view of the Organizer. That way, you can make your folder changes on your hard drive and maintain everything in your existing catalog as is.
