photos loaded in photo folder are clear but when i load into photo shop to edit they load in whth high pixle. how can i correct this

What is the resolution of the file that you open in PSE?

Go to Image>Resize>Image size. You can read the resolution in pixels per inch (PPI)

I don't understand your concern. Are you working in Photoshop Elements Editor, or are you working in the Organizer and looking at the thumbnails?
