Contact Sheet ll directory is faulty and will not load -- informed "could not be found" & "program error" for version PSE 2019.

Are repair patches available?

If you go to (user) ~/Library/Preferences/Adobe/Elements/17.0/Adobe Contact Sheet II
and delete the Adobe Contact Sheet Prefs hopefully you should be able to use the

Contact Sheet II plugin again.

To see your user Library, in the Finder Go menu press the Option key and then you

should see Library listed on the Go menu.
