Converting from PSE 9 to 15

I just upgraded and did a convert of my catalog. All the photos and videos transferred alright, but I have no tags attached to the file. Also none of the tags appear in the keyword/info pane. How do I bring those back?

If I can't do it it will mean going back to PSE 9. I do not intend to go through the 15k files to redo this work. This should have been an easy upgrade.
