Deregistering Premiere Elements

I'm trying to deregister a copy of the latest version of Premiere Elements of a adobe account, I have read that there should be a option for it under the help tab in the program but have been unable to find it, any suggestions ?

    You may mean 'deactivation' instead of 'deregistration'? 

    If so, the option in the Help menu is 'sign out'. That will keep your license free to install on another computer.

    I not wanting to just remove it from the computer but remove the product serial number from the adobe account, I believe that was meant to be possible ?
