I am upgrading from PSE 9 to PSE 15.  Do I uninstall PSE 9 after installing the new PSE 15?

    I would not be in a rush to do this, unless you are short of disk space. Each version of the program is independent. There are some functions in v. 9 that are not available in v.15. Also, be sure that the organizer works to your satisfaction.
