My Elements 2018 don´t download RAW/NEF

Your camera requires ACR version 11.1.    Elements 2018 only supports up to ACR 10.3.  You will either need to upgrade to Elements 2020 or else use the free Adobe DNG converter to batch convert your NEF files.
