Duplicate catalog entries created when searching for new files/folders - PSE 18

You are right that the import process should not have created duplicate entries. That worked for me not only in previous Elements versions, but after I converted the PSE15 catalog to the 2018 format. If I try to reimport folders trees, only new files are selected. I suppose that, before the backup restore, you checked that the duplicate entries pointed to the same physical file on the drive?

So, what happens if you try now after restoring the backup?

Do you still get duplicate entries when importing a test folder?
