ELEMENTS 10: Downloader not showing all photos on the card

Hi all - I am hoping someone can help me to fix my problem.  My Elements 10

is useless unless I fix it.  Below are my steps. Thanks to all in advance.

Running the following: Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit and Adobe Photoshop

Elements 10

Here the steps I followed:

1.    Bring up Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 and click on Organizer

2.    File --> Get Photos and Videos --> From Camera or Card Reader

3.    In Photo Downloader, Source, Get Photos From shows None Detected

4.    Connect USB Reader / Writer to the computer.

5.    In Get Photos From dropdown, select Refresh List to get Select a

Device.

6.    In Get Photos From dropdown, select Nikon D700 to get message Connect

to device - Please wait.

7.    Then get message Searching for media....Please wait.  Then get Found

and a number, about 700 ( there are actually 760 images on the card).

8.    Finally have the following showing:

a.    Source --> Get Photos From 18 --> D700

b.    18 Files Displayed (18 Selected - 104.4 MB):  12/27/2015 - 11/10/2016

But none of the other 760 photos are shown (earlier in this work session

they were shown)  Why are they not shown now?
