Elements 11 corruption (Windows 10)

I have to reboot my Elements 11 every time I turn on my PC which automatically includes Premier despite not selecting as seems when shutting down PC at night and then turning on in the morning somehow corrupts and I have what looks like a very simplified version of Elements 11 which is unusable?

    Which version of the Windows operating system?

    Has Photoshop Elements 11 worked correctly in the past?

    Any error messages?

    I am sorry I can't understand your question: could you describe your problem in more details?

    It would help to show a screenshot on this forum.

    You save a screenshot in your desktop, and when answering to the present discussion you click on the 7th icon on the top bar of the post to browse to the saved file and insert the screenshot in your answer.
