Ich habe photoshop elements + premiere 14. Ist es möglich per upgrade auf die 2020-Version zu wechseln?

Yes you can upgrade to PSE 2020. If you are installing on the same computer the new version should install without problem. If you will be installing on a new computer you will need the serial numbers for versions 14. You can start with a 30 day free trial and licence the software when purchasing at a later date.
