Elements 15 issue

After getting hit by ransom ware, I was finally forced to upgrade to Windows 10 from old reliable Windows XP Service Pack 3. Since I upgraded my OS, I also decided to upgrade from Elements 12 to 15. I make tile murals as a hobby, to give to friends and family, and now i can't find the same resizing options needed to make the tiles...What am I missing?
