Elements 2020 and the DXO PhotoLab 2 Nik collection

I recently purchased Elements 2020 and DXO PhotoLab 2 Nik collection.  Initially it worked reasonably well except that some filters would not open in elements.

I tried to fix the problem by reinstalling the elements and DXO software but unfortunately that has resulted in none of the filters opening.
