Elements 2020 Organizer - rescan folders

I did a whole lot of reorganizing outside of Organizer. Renaming, moving to different folders, deleting duplicates, etc...

I didn't realize it would confuse Elements so much. I've done lots of searching, I now know this is a giant no-no but what's done is now done. 

How do I rescan folders? Even if it means starting all over, I tried uninstalling Elements and reinstalling, didn't work. It feels like this should be a much easier task than its being.
