Elements for architectural renderings?

Can Elements 2018 be used to produce architectural renderings or do I need to upgrade to another Photoshop?  There seems to be no way to access materials used for buildings (wood, stone, etc.)  I have tried to create patterns to use but they don't work.  Is there a tutorial on this for Elements?
