elements organizer photo downloader not working

I am not able to download photos from my camera or Iphone.  The downloader recognizes my camera and iphone, but will not show thumbnails when I "refresh" it and gives me the error "no valid files found".  I reinstalled adobe elements, deleted and recreated the album, and installed the raw file.  I am able to download from a card reader, so it is not a computer issue.  Please let me know how to solve this issue.

This is a problem with Apple IOS as much as PSE and lots of us have experienced this (for every version of PSE).  Your best option is to forget about PSE to download IOS content - I use syncios instead - free software and also keeps the right date/times on the photots.

Hi Brian,

Can you please confirm if the iPhone is not locked while you're importing media and should be logged in?

For Camera, please specify the one you are facing issue with.
