Email change, now unable to use PSE

I bought Adobe Photoshop Elements 13.

I installed it on my PC (Windows 10) and have been using it successfully for over 2 years.

I have just had to change my email address.

I am now UNABLE to use Adobe Photoshop Elements 13.

It says it is a TRIAL version.

It is asking for the Serial Number.

How do I get to use it?

I would be grateful for some advice.

      Thank you for your post and your email.

      I was gathering my information ready to reply so I looked at my Adobe account and saw the following: -

      Product: Adobe Photoshop Elements

      Serial Number: nnnn-nnnn …

      Version: 13

      Platform: Multiple

      Registration Date: August 20, 2015

      I was actually typing the reply when I thought, “Wait a minute, that’s the Serial Number I need!”

      It worked, problem solved, another lesson learnt!
