F12 key for side by side not working in PSE15 Organizer

Thanks for viewing:  My F12 key for side by side viewing of two photos is PSE 15 has stopped working. This is important because I use this as a way to eliminate photos by comparison. Also my F11 key for full screen has stopped working but at least i get full screen from the view Menu. Any help will be appreciated

    If you can get the F11 view from the menu, click on the 'View' icon on the tool strip to get the F12 view.

    No idea about why your F11 and F12 key are inactive.

    Thanks Michel B: Duh on me. Just before I received notice of your reply I

    realized I didn't have the lock on the key to the right of my F12 Key. Ed
