Facial recognition

II have Elements 15 and I can never, in any photo get the facial recognition feature to work.

It Always says "No face can be found in this photo, please try Another"

Are there any special format or something needed for it to work, or something? I have only JPG

I have Win 7 and all my drivers are up to date.

Someone have an idea?

    Hello, and thanks for the answer, but I saw that in an earlier answer and checked it. All the Graphics drivers are up to date.

    (I have NIVIDIA, and it updates VERY frequently)

    And regarding the double characther path; I am not entirely sure about what it is, but I have Swedish as the language, not Chinese or Japanese etc. so I do not Think I have that problem.
