Frame Manipulatian

Ages Ago i created a short animation (about 3 seconds) where i ripped everyframe from a video and replaced what i was eating with somthing more impressive

(try a whole Roasted lamb) to do this i edioted every frame my self (phew)

cut out my cutlery layred it on top

then cutout and imported the roasted lamb

then for every frame i had to

Do it agian over a hundred times

whilest editing using the clone tool the amount of meat exposed

before eveltiley syncing a fork (real) and the slice (PS) together and eating it

i want to do a new one but this time i need to find at least a way to put the Lamb or Roast into everypicture i have open

as the top layer

i'm using Photoshop Elaments 9

so how can i do this?
