Generator error message

hi just had chat session & remote access the problem was a left over from my CC membership ,it is fixed just thought I would let you how they fixed it in case some one else needs to know  cheers Jenny

I have posted a screen shot of the message ,I have reinstalled once already & there are no third party plugins ,I realised yesterday that being 32 bit might be the problem for my old plugins ,I very much doubt that they can be updated as they are only cheap programes or freebies thanks for your reply cheers Jenny

What is the exact error message your getting?

Does pse 15 actually start?

Photoshop elements 15 is an 64 bit program and requires 64 bit plugins.

Photoshop cs3 is 32 bit so the plugins from cs3 won't work in pse 15.

You should check with the plugin makers and see if they have updated 64 bit plugins that will work in pse 15.
