Help in PE 15 does not connect to internet?

Tried all the PE 15 help function and my chrome browser comes back saying it can not connect to this page

Seems to be working now; so perhaps it was a temporary server outage, or downtime during updating.

I have the same problem but also cannot open "Key Concepts" or "Getting Started" - I am using Mac Sierra.

This now means I am unable to access Help whilst in the operating space.

well Ive tried it over several days on both laptop and iMac, and although I can probably access help through the Adobe website, I am still unable to open those other useful offerings like Key Concepts from within the work space. Has anyone got any actual advice that might assist?

Try searching for:

Key Concepts

Or add a topic to a URL e.g. Contrast, resample etc

Could be a server or connection problem. The user manuals are available as PDF documents and can be saved to your computer.

not!!!!!!!......i can get here and to other help via adobe.com and my browser.....PE 15s link don't seem to work.....now isn't that a pain!
