Help with elements 18

I have elements version 11 which I installed from a purchased disc, I purchase version 18 on a disc. My question is do I delete previous version before I install 18 or should i install as is? What about all the actions I have purchased on my current version. Do they transfer over to 18 or will they be lost?

    But doesn’t that take up a lot of space on hard drive to have both version? Just didn’t know if it only upgrades the current version with all the new things or entirely new program.

    Some things are shared.

    If you are concerned about disc space for one program, you really need to get a larger hard drive.

    I have PSE 2018 on my hard drive. It's 4.51 GB.

    Just curious. With the size of PSE, why would someone would want two versions on their hard drive?

    You don't need to uninstall version 11.  Both versions can be installed.  You can choose which version to open.
