Only a portion of my photos are showing in organizer but under folders there are more photos in the folders.  How do I get them in organizer?  Thanks.

If you mean that you are using the 'Folders' tree view and what you see in the browsing space is only the files in the selected folder without the files in the children subfolders of that folder, it's by design. However, if you want to import the files in all those subfolders, that works as Arshla describes.

If no folder is selected and you are in 'All Media' you'll be able to see all pictures in the available orders: chronological, import batch or filename, independently from their folder location. In 'Album' view you can even have 'custom' sort order.

    Hi,

Right click on the folder and select Import Media. This would import all the media present in that folder on hard drive.

Please try and mention if you have any more queries.

    Thanks,
