I need help with this pic of daughter. She is fascinated with the bubbles, but one is just over her right eye.  Any help with removing the bubble? Thanks!

    1. Open the picture file
    2. Activate the clone stamp tool, then press ALT+left click over the left eye - source
    3. Open a blank layer above the background layer, and deposit the left eye over the right eye.
    4. You can nudge the position with the move tool, if necessary.

Here's another method which you might want to use in future cases:

Using the Lasso tool, roughly select her good eye and feather the selection a few pixels.

Copy/paste the selection to a new layer.

Invert the selection and move it on top of her bubbled eye. Use the arrow keys to fine-tune the position.

While I was at it, I removed the bubble from her face: added a blank layer and used the clone tool to replace the bubble with her skin below the bubble. Also did some cloning around her eye.

Here is the result if you want to save it to your PC.

Once again you came through for me. Seeing the results but tears to my eyes. I am definitely going to keep practicing and maybe I will Master Adobe someday. But thank you so very much for taking the time to help me out

Correction! In my instructions I said...

Using the Lasso tool, roughly select her good eye and feather the selection a few pixels.

Copy/paste the selection to a new layer.

Invert the selection and move it on top of her bubbled eye.

The last part should have been...

Flip the new layer horizontally and move it on top of her bubbled eye.
