Home School Photoshop Elements

Hello, 

My wife home schools and we would like to get the discount for the photoshop elements 2020 and photoshop premiere elements 2020 bundle. When I looked at the web site it asks for three things:

Homeschooled students
Proof of eligibility may include:
• Dated copy of a letter of intent to homeschool
• Current membership ID to a homeschool association (for example, the Home School Legal Defense Association)
• Dated proof of purchase of curriculum for the current academic school year

My question is do you have to provide all of these or just one? Also we have a letter of intent but we have been home schooling for four years now and it is not 6 month current. Does that matter?
