How can I find Keyword Tags below images?

When I try to drag the tag to the image, like I did the first time I edited the image, it disappears but remains in the right column. When I right click on an image and hover over delete tag the options appear so the tags are near the images but just not visible. I followed the directions on pg 65 of Photoshop Elements 10 by Barbara Brundage and when I went to "select Visibility" and then "Mark as Visible" a dialog box "Error making media(s) Visible" appeared. Which Elements version, still Elements 10? It is an old version, the last one before a new interface in PSE11.

To see all tags for a single image, you have to set your thumbnail zoom to show a single image in the browsing space. The tags will all appear on the bottom bar.
