Question

How did I do this?

Have an image that I modified with Elements. Saved as JPG. No 'history' available. I want to replicate, but cannot seem to find out. Is there a site where I could submit the image (and the original) to determine how I got the result I am focused on? Want to repeat with other images, but again not sure what I did to get there.

Once you flatten the layers and save in JPEG file format, the history/work-flow is no longer available.

In the future, save as PSD file to preserve the layer structure for subsequent use. You may save as JPEG as well. Once you are done with your project, you can delete one of the files in order to free up disk space.

Let me clarify. I understand the answer given by 'halstead'. My question assumes that point. I am attempting to understand if there is a thought process I can use to deconstruct how an image was created without access to history. I am looking for something better than educated guessing. If that is the answer, I can operate that way.
