It is telling me that my photoshop is already registered. I set it up 4 years ago. I am assuming I used [email address removed by Moderator], now that I established a business I use [email address removed by Moderator]. So I can't sign in, nor can I load it in adobe with all my other apps. I tried to upload a photo into it and it only wants to go through my printer. I have never used this program and now Adobe live help is telling me they can't help me because it is too old. SO FRUSTRATED! Money back? Update so I can use it?

Have you deleted your old email account?  If not, why can't you sign in with it?  If you have forgotten your Adobe password using the old account, I'm sure you can recover or reset it at Adobe.com.

1. This is a user to user forum, not Adobe corporate.

2. Adobe will not support this old version of the software

3. There is no update. Each version of the software is independent. A new version is expected later this Fall.

4. On how many computers have you installed the software? Mac or Windows?

5. "nor can I load it in adobe with all my other apps." What does this mean?

6.How does your printer relate to this issue?

7.When you attempt to use the program, what is the error message - precisely?

8.If you go to www.Adobe.com, can you log on?
