How to Reinstall Elements after Mac HD formatting?

Hi, I have formatted my Mac. Is there anyway I can download Elements and install in my Mac? Please help. I am lost.

    You can download photoshop elements from Download Photoshop Elements | 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10
