how to remove trial message from Photoshop 12

I have been using Photoshop 12 since I purchased it with my Dell computer. Recently I started getting a message that I couldn't access my pictures without a trial subscription purchase.  I already purchased Photoshop. How do I remove this message?

    Does it give you the option to enter your serial number?

    I didn't get a serial number because Dell loaded the program before sending me my computer. Perhaps Dell can help? My impression is Adobe just shut down my app so I would buy newer version.

    I woud say talk to Dell, there may be a certificate included with your serial number, that is common with bundled software.

    Are you talking about Photoshop or Photoshop ELEMENTS 12?
    Photoshop 12 was CS5 and never bundled with computers. If you have Elements, you'd need to contact Adobe about your account.

    It is Elements 12...I contacted Adobe and they just told me to buy a new Photoshop
