I'm having trouble printing a jpeg in PSE18 organizer (picture package).

I tried to print a jpeg in PSE18 organizer (picture package). The file comes up as a blank page. As a thumbnail, it appears as a gray box with a document symbol. Some thumbnails  appear as a gray box with a question mark. I haven't had this problem before. I don't see anything different in these files from the files that are showing up.
