ICC Profiles not appearing in Photoshop Elements 11

Hello, this is my first time posting here and really need some guidance on ICC Profiles. 

I recently installed two ICC Profiles from Hahnemuehle.  I see them in  C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\color, but when I try to print from Photoshop Elements 11, I do not see them listed under the Manual Color Adjustment settings.  I am choosing "ICM" under color correction, and the Input Profile drop down only shows "Standard" and "Adobe RGB (1998)".  This is my first time trying to use ICC Profiles.  What am I doing wrong?

In the 'More options' sub dialog, did you check that Color handling be set to 'Photoshop Elements Manages colours'?

Choosing ICC profiles is not available if you choose 'Printer manages colours'.

Michel, that did the trick!

Now I'm going to have lots of fun experimenting with photo papers =).

Any suggestions for color or black and white people portraits?
