Installation photoshop elements 2020 error code 127

My daughter purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020-we have had installation issues from the getgo. I am on computer 3 a macbook pro trying to download and I keep getting error code 127. I have tried the online support and can't figure it out, I tried to start a chat with no response, and tried to find a contact number but it says it is not available without a paid plan or the latest software which I have and registered the product, but still no call number provided. I am at a dead end and about to return the product. Any suggestions that might help? Thanks in advance.

What do you mean when you say you are on computer 3?  You can install the program on 2 different devices (but only use one at a time). 

I know nothing about macs, but do you have any anti-virus program on your computer?  If so, try disabling the anti-virus while installing.
