Installing Elements 2018 on Windows 10

I get an error message that an installer is already running every time I try to install Elements on my computer.  I've rebooted my computer multiple times and ensured that there is no installer running when I try to install Elements.  I've tried this on two different computers, both running Windows 10 but I get the same error.  Any ideas?
