Installing old version of Elements to enable use of Kodak DIgital ROC

I have lost my Elements 9 because I had to reinstall Windows. I have Elements 14 but Kodak Digital ROC will not run within it. I used to run ROC in Elements 9. I have a CD of Elements 6. I tried to install this but I was told that the serial number on the back of the cd envelope was not valid. How can I obtain an earlier version of Elements Editor that will run Digital ROC ?
