Installing Photoshop Elements 7 on Windows 10 Machine?

I purchase Photoshop Elements 7 many years ago and recently upgraded to Windows 10.  When trying to install it, it installed but asked for a license number, which I have (I have the box and disks) and it says the license is not valid.  Of course it is valid, I'm typing it right off the product box. 

May I install this product onto a Windows 10 machine?
